All orders cannot be returned for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Warranty
RGO will honor the manufacturer's warranty for any new items purchased. For more information, please visit the respective manufacturer's website. Items marked as clearance or used inventory are sold as-is, and may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. Clearance and used items come with no warranty, and do not fall under their respective manufacturer's warranty policies.
Steelcase Limited Lifetime Warranty
Exchanges
RGO will repair or replace any defective or non-functioning items, provided that the item qualifies for repair or replacement under the respective manufacturer's warranty policy. Custom-ordered items and replacement parts may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. All items marked as "clearance", "used", and "open-box" are as-is, and transactions including these marked items are considered to be final sale. Clearance items, used furniture and open-box items may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
