Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon order acceptance.

Changes and Cancellations

Accepted orders are final and binding. Requests for changes to, or cancellation of all, or part of the order must be delivered to RGO in writing and are subject to RGO's ability to confirm, which is in turn dependent on manufacturer's approval. All change and/or cancellation fees shall be paid by the Customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all specifications and measurements are accurate at the time of placing an order.

Ownership

The title and ownership of the subject matter of this sale and any additions shall remain property of the Seller, until such time as full payment is made. Should the Buyer be in default hereunder, the Seller may at its option, repossess the said subject. The Buyer agrees to grant RGO a security interest in all product, which may be registered at any time after delivery until payment is made in full.

Delays/Storage

In the event of delays due to construction or other causes not within RGO's control that force the postponement of, or hinder delivery and/or installation, RGO shall store the goods at the Buyer's Expense. Costs may include but are not limited to additional handling, transfer, storage, delivery and/or additional overtime to meet the Buyer's Objectives. Orders may be stored for a period up to 30 days at no charge to the Buyer, after which, costs/charges incurred by RGO will be billed to the Buyer on a monthly basis. 

Measurements/Specifications

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the measurements and specifications of all items ordered. RGO will make every effort to verify the measurements/specifications prior to placing the order. In the case of new construction and/or alterations to the physical space, occurring after the order has been placed, any charges incurred by changes, including interior dimensions, pillars not noted on drawings, leveling of floors and ceiling height(s) changes, changes to product measurements, and changes to finishes/colors, resulting in additional costs will be billed to the Buyer.

General Liability

No Liability shall accrue against the seller as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions resulting from any strike, lockout, work stoppage, accident, Act of God, or other delay beyond the seller's control.
